tragic cyclist accident

sabtu lepas pagi tu aku tak keluar kayuh pon sebab ingat mau lepak rumah le n nak g pasar ngn wife but pagi pagi tu dalam jam 8.30 aku dapat kira macam new chat dalam group W2 BBM aku..they said that one senior PCC cyclist Mr PK died sebab accident kat MAX Highway.

kemalangan berlaku pada jam 8.15 pagi n ketika tu dia yang selalunya akan keluar kayuh bersama family tapi pada hari tersebut dia kayuh berseorangan...he was his by proton persona n nasib baik that driver didn't run away..

aku nak kata kenal sangat dgn PK ni tak ler sangat tapi tau ler di tu yang mana satu so kehilangan dia ada gak ler aku terasa sikit sbb dia memang selalu kasi big support dalam arena basikal ni

apa pon may he Rest In Peace...

oppssssss sorry no story bout my riding activities hehe dan bukan ada apa apa "Gemilang" achievement yang aku dapat pon hehehe

tapi saja je nak promote salah satu Malay Drama / Movie yang aku minat pulak nak tengok tak tau naper malay movie mcm ni plak yang aku minat nak tengok such as malay movie sebelum ni Mukhsin arahan Yasmin Ahmad and Rock arahan Mamat Khalid hehehe citer citer mcm ni plak yang aku minat nak tengok

For this Gemilang Drama The 13 episode drama is already aired since 24 January 2011. written by Mira Mustaffa and directed by kabir bhatia berkisarkan sekitar tahun 70an, dari apa yang aku baru google tadi katanya ia berdasarkan kisah benar yang terjadi pada seseorang. saper orang tu ntah ler yang wataknya dilakonkan oleh Shahz Jazle

apa pon yang pastinya citer ni best korang tengok la sendiri hehehe lagu dia pon ok gak per hehe sekali skala dalam hati ada taman apa salahnya kan hehehehe

Interview with heero yui

allo readers, actually this is my 100 posts for this blog since 2007 when i start become a blogger hahaha 100 posts after 5 years :P

and to make this is special "issue", me (Blogger) would like to "interview" with Heero Yui as a hero in this blog hahahaha Poyo

Heero Yui is Ex-pro MTB Rider around 90th and now just a normal person and chubby weekends rider what he know is just eat and sleep then complaining about his fatty body :D


Blogger (Bg) : Hi Mr Heero nice to meet you and thanks a lot for give me a time to get to know you more.

Heero Yui (Hy) : Hi nice to meet you too..no prob i also got no work to do now.

Bg : Can you tell us little bit of your Mountain Bike background.

Hy : Yup, I was born on 1981 and start riding Mountain Bike since 1993 with Perak Mountain Bike Club (PMBC).

Bg : What your day job?

Hy : For now, i just a Youth and Sport Officer at ministry Of Youth and Sports Malaysia.

Bg : Tell ur how you were introduced to Mountain Bike Racing.

Hy : Actually it's came from my dad that bought me a new Mountain Bike after a got a not so great result in UPSR and it's was a Raleigh brand made in England and it's a heavy bike. Since that i try to follow my brother with one MTB group that always lepak just around my house. by that time there is some hard core riders like Mr. Jaafar we call him mejar, Epy, Jojo and also wahid Senario. My parents give me a good support and i take is as my serious sport. My first race is at Kampar Perak in 1994 and i got 8 place for that race with this team. after that doesn't matter where the races will be held we will go such as at Bukit Katil and Asahan, Malacca, Perlis, Kelantan and also at Batang Ai, Sarawak.

Bg : What your bigger achievement?

Hy : In Mountain Biking I got not so big achievement just represent my state in Sukma that all but in dragon boating, luck to me when i got place to represent my country for a few races hehee

Bg : How often you go to ride or training?

Hy : mmmmmm for now just once or twice a week depend on my mood heheh mostly i just do running around Core island at Putrajaya.

Bg : And so how you maintain your stamina?

Hy : Maintain?? what maintain?? hehehe look my chubby body now you can see am i fit or not hehehe

Bg : Beside Mountain Biking what do you do?

Hy : Triathlon, Mountain / Wall Climbing , Adventure Racing and Dragon Boating also Sailing.

Bg : Sailing??

Hy : Yup, i already take part in Terengganu Monsoon Cup Selection 4th time but our team got no luck to get place in TMC.

Bg : When was your 1st International Mountain Bike Race?

Hy : I doesn't remember in what year but I think the race was held at UIA Gombak and I got 4th place for that race in junior category.

Bg : What is your favourite Mountain Bike XC course and why?

Hy : When i still "single", i love to ride at Kiara MTB Trail but since I'm a married rider, Putrajaya Challenger Park PCP is the best place, why? because the train is not too far from my house hehehe and for long distance trail, I love to ride at Broga (40km ++) because of the same reason Broga trail is just behind my house hehehe

Bg : Who is your Mountain Biker legend?

Hy : Off course John Tomac when he still in Giant Team, Ned Overend from Specialized and Tinker Juarez, Cannandale

Bg : With long distance cycling by using cervelo P1 TT bike and traveling which more do you like?

Hy : Traveling

Bg : New cycling shoe or Hiking Shoe

Hy : Hiking Shoe

Bg : And last question..What would be if you weren't a mountain bike?

Hy : Chubby boy hahahaha

Bg : hehehe thank a lot Mr Heero for give me a time to do this interview..actually i also got no work to do today..my bos have a meeting at Kota Bharu so my eyes already tired for facebook'ing and reading Utusan.com so it's batter I created a new post in my blog hehehe and it was my 100 post.

PCM Februari ride

Dah lama sangat dah aku tak berkesempatan nak ride at Putrajaya Critical Mass (PCM) macam yang lepas lepas bukan tak berkesempatan tapi last year kan ke masa rehat aku heheh and PCM agak slow last year jarang jarang dapat dibuat.. so inisiatif dari bro azman last month he start back this PCM maybe disebabkan permintaan ramai and minat yang mendalam hahaha

patutnya aku ada date ngn wife malam tu nak g beli barang n balik kampung tapi hati plak memronta ronta mau ride hahaha so dalam kepala dok pikir la macam mana nak buat ayat mau ride ni heheheh then rezeki datang bile wife cakap dia pon ada training bola tampar petang tu so kalu nak kuar g beli barang pon tak sempat kot sbb mcm rushing je nak berjalan kedai pon nak tutup jer nnti hehehehe...

biler dah conform blh ride ni aku roger la kengkawan lain ajak follow skali aku roger edy ngn abg yg asalnya nak balik pekan pahang tuh heheheh kasi ayat skit tak jadi balik pahang hehehehe

mula kumpul depan mahkamah dalam jam 9.00 lebih dah siap smua dok la sembang sembang ngn geng geng PCM yang dah lama tak ketemu nih hahahaha muka muka rider tegar ramai la yang kelihatannya...ride start around 9.45 lepas ada breefing skit and this time ada escort dari pihak perbadanan and 2 4wheel drive cars mmmmmmm makin maju bagus bagus....malam ni pon looks like more than 100 riders take parts what a good restart hehehe ada macam macam bike le kali ni and pertambahan dari Fixie rider nak kata fixie pon tak le sangat design le mcm fixie tapi tak fixie pon setengah setengah bike tu hehehehe

route kali ni pon berbeza skit sbb tak ikut jalan besa sangat masuk dalam taman taman mcm interpark ride hehehe.....tengah syok syok punya kayuh rantai plak buat hal putus la plak dah adusss so nak buat macam mana dah nasib baik ada kengkawan blh tolong jadi tow truck hehe dah tak der rezeki nak ride kitaorg tak terus follow group balik je la terus kat keta siap kena gelak lagi dari wife aku huh huh huh lepak lepak jap then terus caloss tak tunggu group besa sampai dah g makan lagi baik frust punya pasal hehehe

Putrajaya Challange 2011..

Sesuatu yang di tunggu - tunggu telah tiba hahahahaha bukan tunggu pon saja je poyo hahaha apa pon i think this will be my first race for this year since my last race at sg. lembing pahang tahun lepas and aku berminat utk race ni pasal apa pon aku tak tau hehehe


Race terbahagi kepada dua acara DH and XC. for DH on 30 April 2011 and for XC 1st May 2011 di mana lagi kalu dah nama pon putrajaya so kat Putrajaya Challenger Park (PCP) yang pastinya mesti la aku msk category :

takkan ler aku nak msuk DH plakkan bukannya aku mampu nak beli bike mahal mahal mcm bike DH tu :P

XC races terbahagi kepada 7 Categories; 1) Men’s Elite 2) Women’s Elite 3) Men’s Junior 4) Women’s Junior 5) Age Category 6) Junior Veteran 7) Veteran. So aku selamat utk race kali ni sbb dah dak payah masuk category elite dah macam kt sg.lembing dulu. dah le tak power takkan la nak masuk elite punya categorykan??

for this category yg aku nak masuk ni, riders or racers kena buat 4 laps dengan 6km/lap menjadikan 24km je hehehe saper kata aku nak habiskan all laps hehehe my mission :

• kalu dapat 1 lap pon jadi dah ler trek PCP tuaku pon bukan hebat sangat
  
• kalu buat 2 laps kira bonus la
• kalu dah masuk 3 laps baik teruskan jer takkan nak berhenti dah tinggal 1lap je lagi kan hehehehehe

apa pon kena la standby awal awal and do proper training jangan muntah dah ler udah la hahaha

Disebalik LTDL 2011

mmmmm Le Tour De Langkawi 2011 sudah melabuhkan tirai dengan jayanya lagi utk tahun ni dengan perlumbaan kembali ke bumi langkawi tu pon kalu our ex-perdana menteri tak tegur rasanya tak kot buat at langkawi tahun nih hehehe

apa pon kejayaan penganjuran kali ni semua orang tau macam mana but apa disebaliknya ramai yang tak tau......aku ppon bukannya nak citer apa sangat cuma korang perasan tak kali ni our local media bukannya tumpu to rider yellow jersey but lebih to blue jersey....maybe disebabkan anuar manan kot tapi kan ke persaingan yellow jersey still ada wakil dari our team (LeTua) walaupon dia bukan dari Malaysia but he still dalam team tempatan kan (Nino Corredo) hehehe so apa yang aku tau dengar dengar ada pihak yang memberi arahan utk memboikot team nih pasal apa aku tak tau..pasal tu media lebih tumpu to our another team (TSG)...mmang ler performance team ni kali ni naik skit tu mmang tak dinafikan tapi mesti ada citer disebaliknya bermula dari masa LeTua buat Letua 100km ride ari tu lagi ada ler yang nak nyibuk hehehe tak perlu la citer saper dia yer rahsia semua tuh.

lagi satu yang aku tau ni pasal apa TV3 also boikot this race that why news bout this event bergitu kurang sangat dalam berita at TV3

cukup la kot aku mengarut nih kang kena ban plak aku nnti so adiosss

keputusan utk pencen sementara dari arena pem"basikal"nan ni nampaknya telah ditarik balik bermula secara rasminya pada tahun hadapan hahaha ok tak?? macam poyo jer kan hehehe

so keputusan adalah muktamad tahun depan kayuh balik....sebenarnya masa ECC nite jamboree ari tu dah kayuh dah atas paksaan orang hahaha

Pencen????

Fuhh...... kalu di kira kira dah berapa lama dah aku tak ride or pegang basikal nih mmmmmmm adakah aku di kira dah pencen or sedang bercuti dari arena pem'basikal'nan nih hahaha

tak tau ler biler aku akan start kayuh balik..my manager cakap kalu tak nak kayuh tu g ler jogging ker swim ker tapi ntah ler malas plak dah rasanya...target game or event mmang dah ada dah cuma tak tau ler biler nak mula balik hehehehe Trithlon PD pon dah dekat nih tapi apa persediaan pon tak buat langsung so tak masuk ler kang lemas tengah laut time swim kang naya jer dah ler 1.5km tu bukannya 50m jer hehehe

balik keja skang terus balik umah layan tengok tv jer apa workout pon tak buat harap dumbbell jer ada tapi dah berhabuk hahahaha

dah tu skang ni ada selection utk Malaysia Dragon Boat Team pon aku dah malas nak g hahahaha padahal nak g Shang Hai @ China tu rugi ler kalu tak dapat g hehehe tak per la lagi baik aku berehat dulu.. my target skang ni cuma Kayuh Lasak @ Penang jamboree jer hujung tahun nih ok tak??? :P



so adakah aku dikira berpencen mmmm tidak sama sekali so bagi kengkawan yang nak beli bike aku tu terutamanya En. Mohd Nizal a.k.a EJ Rockhopper Biru JANGAN HARAP LER hahahahaha
