Interview with heero yui

allo readers, actually this is my 100 posts for this blog since 2007 when i start become a blogger hahaha 100 posts after 5 years :P

and to make this is special "issue", me (Blogger) would like to "interview" with Heero Yui as a hero in this blog hahahaha Poyo

Heero Yui is Ex-pro MTB Rider around 90th and now just a normal person and chubby weekends rider what he know is just eat and sleep then complaining about his fatty body :D


Blogger (Bg) : Hi Mr Heero nice to meet you and thanks a lot for give me a time to get to know you more.

Heero Yui (Hy) : Hi nice to meet you too..no prob i also got no work to do now.

Bg : Can you tell us little bit of your Mountain Bike background.

Hy : Yup, I was born on 1981 and start riding Mountain Bike since 1993 with Perak Mountain Bike Club (PMBC).

Bg : What your day job?

Hy : For now, i just a Youth and Sport Officer at ministry Of Youth and Sports Malaysia.

Bg : Tell ur how you were introduced to Mountain Bike Racing.

Hy : Actually it's came from my dad that bought me a new Mountain Bike after a got a not so great result in UPSR and it's was a Raleigh brand made in England and it's a heavy bike. Since that i try to follow my brother with one MTB group that always lepak just around my house. by that time there is some hard core riders like Mr. Jaafar we call him mejar, Epy, Jojo and also wahid Senario. My parents give me a good support and i take is as my serious sport. My first race is at Kampar Perak in 1994 and i got 8 place for that race with this team. after that doesn't matter where the races will be held we will go such as at Bukit Katil and Asahan, Malacca, Perlis, Kelantan and also at Batang Ai, Sarawak.

Bg : What your bigger achievement?

Hy : In Mountain Biking I got not so big achievement just represent my state in Sukma that all but in dragon boating, luck to me when i got place to represent my country for a few races hehee

Bg : How often you go to ride or training?

Hy : mmmmmm for now just once or twice a week depend on my mood heheh mostly i just do running around Core island at Putrajaya.

Bg : And so how you maintain your stamina?

Hy : Maintain?? what maintain?? hehehe look my chubby body now you can see am i fit or not hehehe

Bg : Beside Mountain Biking what do you do?

Hy : Triathlon, Mountain / Wall Climbing , Adventure Racing and Dragon Boating also Sailing.

Bg : Sailing??

Hy : Yup, i already take part in Terengganu Monsoon Cup Selection 4th time but our team got no luck to get place in TMC.

Bg : When was your 1st International Mountain Bike Race?

Hy : I doesn't remember in what year but I think the race was held at UIA Gombak and I got 4th place for that race in junior category.

Bg : What is your favourite Mountain Bike XC course and why?

Hy : When i still "single", i love to ride at Kiara MTB Trail but since I'm a married rider, Putrajaya Challenger Park PCP is the best place, why? because the train is not too far from my house hehehe and for long distance trail, I love to ride at Broga (40km ++) because of the same reason Broga trail is just behind my house hehehe

Bg : Who is your Mountain Biker legend?

Hy : Off course John Tomac when he still in Giant Team, Ned Overend from Specialized and Tinker Juarez, Cannandale

Bg : With long distance cycling by using cervelo P1 TT bike and traveling which more do you like?

Hy : Traveling

Bg : New cycling shoe or Hiking Shoe

Hy : Hiking Shoe

Bg : And last question..What would be if you weren't a mountain bike?

Hy : Chubby boy hahahaha

Bg : hehehe thank a lot Mr Heero for give me a time to do this interview..actually i also got no work to do today..my bos have a meeting at Kota Bharu so my eyes already tired for facebook'ing and reading Utusan.com so it's batter I created a new post in my blog hehehe and it was my 100 post.

Ais Kacang Best

Ari tu aku kena la bertugas luar lagi kali ni aku kena g ke Bukit Gantang Perak and Bukit Selambau Kedah,biasa la hal hal kerja nih bejalan jer keja aku susah nak bersosial ngn family huhuhuhuhu. tapi bukan tu yang aku nak citer so berbalik ler kepada tajuk asal hehehe

ais kacang yang aku nak bagitau nih bukan sebarangan ais kacang tau.. lokasi kedai ni berhampiran dengan balai bomba taiping kira mcm medan selera tu jer dekat dekat gak ler ngn taman tasek tepen tuh..kedai nih ada kalu tak salah aku ler 73 jenis ais kacang heheheh best kan sambil lepak makan ais kacang ada yong tau fu plak tuh fuhhhh best hehehe kedai nih aku dah tau time b4 aku keja lagi time tu ada adventure race ironbound siri yang pertama so mlm pas race tu nak celebrate kawan kawan bawak sini so aku pon saja ler nak memperkenalkan kat korang plak hehehe ramai yang tanya naper tak g kuala sepetang makan mee udang tapi aku resedung kuat ler tak blh nak makan udang banyak banyak gatal abih idung ni rugi rugi lagi pon aku abih keja dah malam so mana la blh g kuala sepetang tu coz time petang jer blh g malam dah tak blh dah hehehe

hehehehe dah sekian lama tak mem"blog"kan diri nih sampai ada yang tegur dah nak bersawang dah tak update langsung hehehe sorriy la..berikut adalah sebab sebab dan alasan naper tak update :

a)sibuk
b)sibuk
c)sibuk giler
d)dah giler hehehehe

sebenarnya bulan nih aku terlampau sibuk ngn keja dalam sebulan ni jumlah hari yang aku ada d rumah dan office tak sampai 10 ari selebihnya outstation jer balik umah utk semalam kemas beg utk outstation ke tampat yang lain plak huh huh huh kesian wife aku dah ler penakut tinggal kat umah sorang sorang.....nasib balik ler sebelum tuh aku dah bawak wife honeymoon dulu hehehe

on the 1st week dulu aku cuma bertugas di Blue Wave Hotel Shah Alam jer ada course kat situ so urusetia jemput aku jadi urusetia bersama utk mengadakan Ujian Kecergasan Jasmani Kebangsaan (UKJK) so ada ler peserta yang dapat Emas, Perak and Gangsa n ada gak yang tak layak langsung sebab sebabnya tak payah ler nak xplain heheh

then aku kena g langkawi plak coz aku dilantik antara jawatankuasa kerja utk menyiapkan dokumentasi bagi kementerian aku mendapatkan MS ISO 9001 : 2008, so mcm nak mmpos menyiapkan dokumen tu. makin tebal la cermin mata aku nnti dok ngadap PC jer otak pon dah makin biol hehehehe tengok la dalam site KBS nih huh huh huh nasib balik la sempat gak ler bershopping sakan kat sana kalu tak rugi jer g buat keja jer hehehehe (tapi harga dah agak mahal yer kat sana pon)

balik jer dari langkawi tu aku kena siapkan dokumen tender pusat siber rakan muda lagi yang terbantut seketika...setelah diteliti dan diamati semula maka ari nih iklan tender tersebut berjaya disiapkan and diiklankan dalam paper and site kerajaan nih

sementara nak siap dokumen tu aku kena lagi outstation nih tapi dekat jer 3ari 2 mlm di holiday villa subang plak hehehehe sekali lagi wife aku kena tingal..kesian.....so0 ari nih masuk office balik blh la layan chat dalam FB n BBS hehehe

kesimpulannya dah hampir 3minggu lebih aku tak ride tak jogg no dragonboating and tak swim langsung walaupon swimming pool sebelah rumah jer..selain dari buat keja ngadap pc keja yang aku buat ialah makan hehehe (macam dah naik balik jer badan nih)

utk makluman aku cuma dilantik sebagai jawatankuasa spesifikasi tender dan teknikal pusat siber sahaja bukan jawatankuasa pemilihan so jangan jer nak bodek mintak pilih syarikat korang dapatkan tender tersebut yer hehehehe and tender tersebut hanya baru diiklankan pada hari nih tak kuar lagi yer sehingga pembekal yang berminat menghadiri salah satu taklimat tender yang diadakan yer lepas tu baru tender dikeluarkan (sehari selepas taklimat kedua tender diadakan) - paham tak apa aku cakap nih hehehe

ok la tu kan apa pon keja teruk mcm mana pon kesihatan diri kena la jaga yer so mlm sok mari la ramai ramai joint ride PCM di Putrajaya nih kumpul di depan istana keadilan kul9.00 pm then start ride mayb on 9.00pm.

ari sabtu nih aku g melaka blh ler lepak makan ikan bakar kat umbai yer mmmmmmm then isnin gerak g taklimat tender di taiping then 2 april taklimat tender di kota kinabalu plak..3april menteri aku nak g bukit selambau plak then 5april bukit gantang uh huh huh amacam gak agak biler la aku nak bersosial ngn family yer leceh tuh kalu hal hal politik nih dicampur dengan kerja.... tak lerh nak cakap or complain banyak menteri aku ada joint facebook ngn aku nih hehehe sorry yer Dato' Sri hehehehehehe
