Nite' Training

We start from bangsar at 8.30pm. first place to go is to KL Tower (Climbing Training) My maximum heart rate show 156b/m....iyo not fit anymore.


15 minute rest then we ride to hartamas using jalan bukit nenas - jalan kuching – jalan parlimen – jalan duta and masuk skit PLUS Highway before Toll then turn left to hartamas. Average speed 26km/h.. total distance 32km...pudo ayor muka weehhhh (read using perak slang hahaha)

Ingat mau rest minum at devi’s coner or uncle don but rasanya tak best mau berhenti so we proceed direct to bangsar. Berhenti minum at Pelita Restaurant ingat mau saho kat sini but it’s batter we saho at lucky garden hehehehe
